Reach for Your Highest Self
Helping You Reconnect with Your Own Inner Wisdom
I believe we all have an inner knowing—a quiet place within us that recognizes what is true, what matters, and what our next step may be.
Sometimes we hear it clearly. Other times it becomes buried beneath stress, fear, responsibilities, expectations, and the constant noise of everyday life.
My work is about helping people find their way back to that place.
For more than 25 years, I have worked with people who want to create meaningful change, understand themselves more deeply, develop their intuition, reduce stress, and live with greater intention. My work includes hypnosis, guided meditation, intuitive development, spiritual exploration, writing, teaching, and channeling.
These may seem like very different paths, but they are all connected by one central purpose: Helping people recognize and trust the wisdom already within them.
My Journey
Before beginning this work, I spent many years in the corporate world, including serving as a national training manager for Apple. That experience taught me a great deal about communication, teaching, leadership, technology, and the importance of making complicated ideas understandable.
Eventually, I felt called toward work that was more personal and deeply transformational.
I became a professional hypnotist and have now spent more than 25 years helping people work through fears, habits, anxiety, uncertainty, and life changes. Hypnosis showed me how powerful the mind can be—and how much can change when we learn to work with ourselves rather than constantly struggling against ourselves.
My work gradually expanded to include guided imagery, meditation, intuitive development, psychic exploration, spiritual teaching, and channeling.
I am also a third-generation psychic and a channel for a collective consciousness I call The Band. Through Channeling with Willow and the Inner Light Circle, I share teachings and conversations that explore the nature of life, personal growth, consciousness, relationships, change, and our connection with something greater than ourselves.
Although some of my work is spiritual, I believe spiritual ideas should still be useful in everyday life. Insight matters most when it helps us become more peaceful, compassionate, courageous, grounded, and fully present in the lives we are actually living.
My Approach
I believe personal and spiritual growth should make us more human—not less.
It should help us become more present in our relationships, more honest with ourselves, more willing to adapt, and more capable of meeting life as it is.
My work is guided by several simple beliefs:
➡️ You are not broken.
You may be overwhelmed, disconnected, frightened, uncertain, or tired—but that is not the same as being broken.
➡️ You already possess inner resources.
Support, teaching, and guidance can help you recognize and use what is already available within you.
➡️ Small steps matter.
A 30-second pause can matter. One honest question can matter. One new decision can matter.
➡️ There is no single correct path.
What supports you today may be different from what supports you next year.
➡️ Practical and spiritual can coexist.
We can explore intuition, consciousness, and inner wisdom while remaining grounded in the realities of everyday life.
➡️ Growth continues throughout our lives.
We are never too old, too late, or too established to reconsider what matters and choose a new direction. I share from that place—not from a pedestal, but from the path.
Your highest aspirations may not be as far away as they seem.
